Free First Day Health, Life and Dental Insurance with Prescription Coverage
You're insured by the best group plan on every assignment, with major medical, preventative diagnostic and basic dental coverage, and life insurance, on the first day of all 8-week or great staffing assignments. It's portable, so you can take your insurance with you if you decide to leave. Or you can choose to receive a fixed benefit payment each month instead of insurance coverage.

Dependent Health, Life and Dental Insurance
Basic coverage is available for qualified dependents for an additional fee. All dependent coverage charges are deducted monthly from your paycheck, on a pre-tax basis.

Free First Day Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Free Professional Liability Insurance
This important coverage is free for all our travelers.

Short-Term Disability and/or Cancer Protection Supplemental Coverage
This optional coverage* provides income if you're unable to work as a result of a non-work-related injury or illness.

*We make adding optional coverages simple by deducting premiums monthly from your paycheck on a pretax basis.

Tax Advantage Plan

Completion Bonuses

Shift Differentials
We were the first company to reward our travelers for choosing assignments with difficult shifts to fill. Earn up to an additional $2 per hour, per pay period at select facilities for evening, night and rotating shifts.

401(k) Retirement Plan
The effortless way to start planning for your future. Enroll after only 90 days of employment, and defer up to 30% of your income, tax-free. We'll match a percentage of your contribution after you've been with us for one year and 1,000 continuous hours.

Competitive Salaries
Cross Country TravCorps negotiates top pay rates for our travelers. Hourly rates vary depending on the facility, your specialty and the city. Ask your recruiter to help you find one of our most rewarding assignments.

Licensure Reimbursement
At Cross Country TravCorps, we are committed to providing our client facilities with qualified, experienced healthcare professionals. Before you begin an assignment you must be licensed to practice in that state (unless otherwise stated by the licensing body of your specialty). We want to make the process of obtaining a state license as simple as possible. For that reason, we will provide licensure reimbursement for any new license you obtain to work an assignment with us.

Guaranteed Pay
When you choose a guaranteed pay assignment, you'll be paid your full rate for low-census shifts that can't be made up during your assignment. Your Recruiter has more details about requirements and availability.

Direct Deposit/Free Checking
Don't worry about getting to the bank, and never face a hold on your money again. We'll deposit your paycheck into your existing checking account, or you can open a free Cross Country TravCorps account through Bank of America. It comes with a debit card you can use at over 15,000 ATM's across the country.

Professional Liability Insurance
We've got you covered. With Cross Country TravCorps you'll receive free first day professional liability coverage. You can rest assured that if an accident does occur, Cross Country TravCorps' professional liability insurance coverage will be there to help you through the ordeal.

Travel Reimbursement
Whether you're taking a road trip or flying across country, you'll receive a travel allowance in your first paycheck and one for your return travel home about two weeks before the end of your assignment.
